After intensive preparation and consistent further development of our internal processes, it is official: Sainfort Productions AG has successfully passed the recertification according to ISO 9001 and at the same time reached an important milestone:
The first certification according to ISO 14001.
A step that not only underlines our quality, but above all our responsibility towards the environment.
The ISO 14001 is a globally recognized standard for environmental management systems. It helps companies to systematically record, manage and continuously improve their environmental impact.
It is not just about individual measures, but about a structured system:
Identification of environmental aspects
Definition of specific environmental objectives
Implementation and monitoring of measures
The aim is to use resources more efficiently, comply with legal requirements and improve environmental performance in the long term.
Our journey to ISO 14001 began in January 2025 with a central question:
How can we systematically integrate our environmental awareness into our processes?
This was followed by several steps:
1. Analysis of our environmental aspectsWhich activities have an impact on the environment? Where do emissions, waste or unnecessary resource consumption occur?
2. Definition of concrete goalsFor example:Reduction of material consumptionOptimization of production processesMinimization of waste
3. Establishment of an environmental management systemA system that clearly defines and documents responsibilities, processes and measures.
4. training and awarenessBecause sustainable action only works if the whole team is on board.
5. audit and certificationAfter internal preparation, the external audit followed - with success.
Parallel to the environmental certification, we have also successfully completed the ISO 9001 recertification.
This confirms:
stable and efficient processes
high quality standards
consistent customer focus
The combination of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 shows:Quality and sustainability are inseparable for us.
