Extracts from industrial hemp are legal in Switzerland. The cultivation of about 40 varieties of Cannabis Sativa, which have a THC content < 1%, are permitted as aromatic oils. The customer decides whether the concentrate is spread on the skin as a care oil or used as a fragrance essence. Shipping only within Switzerland. Minimum age 18 years. Beware of hemp allergies.
It is not recommended to drive after consuming this product as it may affect driving ability. Consumption and possession of this product outside of Switzerland may result in criminal prosecution.
CBD is the abbreviation of cannabidiol and belongs to the group of cannabinoids. Cannabidiol is a natural component of hemp plants.
Cannabinoids are natural active compounds found in cannabis plants. They can be found in the flowers, leaves and stems. The best-known cannabinoid is tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
The cannabinoid THC is responsible for the intoxicating effect of the hemp plant. A THC percentage of less than 1% and any dose of CBD are considered non-psychoactive and thus have no intoxicating effect. Due to the very low legal THC limit, we recommend not driving vehicles.
The consumption and possession of products with a THC content (also below 1%) can be prosecuted outside of Switzerland.
Moringa contains a variety of ingredients and is characterized above all by the fact that not only certain nutrients are included, but a wide range of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. In addition to the large number of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, Moringa also contains amino acids, even 18 of the known essential ones, as well as omega-3 fatty acids.
Where smoking is permitted, CBD tobacco substitutes may also be smoked. But please pay attention to your fellow human beings near you. and if in doubt, ask again.
Legal CBD tobacco substitutes can hardly be distinguished from illegal cannabis products in terms of appearance and smell. Confiscation by the police cannot therefore be ruled out. According to current practice, the CBD tobacco substitute is returned to the owner after a laboratory analysis. Costs for the laboratory analysis or a fine are not charged.
